If your address is APO or PO BOX, we can only ship via regular shipping.

Altairega is proud to service our products from all over the world! The default pricing on our site is in USD.

It usually takes 6-10 business days to arrive in your country. However, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country’s customs.

Altairega is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

The shipping time vary with the shipping methods and the locations. Below is a list of typical delivery estimation. Usually order amount over $100 USD, customer could enjoy our free express shipping service. But Russia customer need to use a company shipping address., and Company name.

If Russia customer do not have company shipping address, we will arrange regular shipping finally.

Brazil:

If Brazil customer want to enjoy free express shipping service, please remember to write down your Tax number on note when place the order. Without tax number, package only can be shipped out by regular shipping.

Existing Order Questions

You shall expect to receive an order confirmation email right after the order is placed. The email contains your order number, order item description(s), item quantity(s),and shipping information. Free express shipping for order over $100 USD is only for some countries.

Altairega fail the regular shipping to your country and only can ship by express company, so there is an extra shipping cost for remote/faraway countries.

That means your package has left China and is in transit to United States. Here is how the shipping works. Altairega carrier ship the package and send information to USPS for US domestic shipping.

USPS wait for the package to arrive US and then take over. After that, USPS will update US domestic shipping progress on their website. In your case, the package has left China and is in transition to US.

That’s why USPS awaiting item. Updates shall come in a couple days.

Order “completed” means Altairega received your order and your order are ready to be shipped.

After Delivery Questions
